The UrbanTracker application ("App", "UrbanTracker App") let you search, track, find and watch on a map the location of an asset equipped with the UrbanTracker tracker device ("Tracker", "Device"). To do this, the UrbanTracker App needs to collect some Personal Data ("Data").

This App is provided by Stetel Things Srl ("we", "us" or "our"). If you choose to use our App, then you agree to the collection and use of Data in relation to this Privacy Policy.

Types of Data collected

Among the types of Personal Data that this App collects, there are Personal Data collected through the acceptance of Android permissions such as: Camera, Location. The App stores also the location of the Device, when requested by you or as a result of a Motion Alarm or a Tracking during time.

The security of your Data is important to us. We employ industry recommended security practices to protect the data that we collect. How we use your Data

We collect various types of Data in connection with the App, including:

Camera
We need to access and use the camera of your mobile device in order to scan the QR code provided with the Tracker Device. The scanning is required to "pair" the Device to your UrbanTracker App, making it possible to manage the Tracker through the App.

Location
(Network-based location, GPS location)
We do not save your location information. We use your location only to allow the App find the Tracker in its neighborhood during the pairing process.

As a user, you can opt-out of the collection of these Data by removing the related Permissions in the General Settings of the Phone, in the Apps/UrbanTracker section.

Sharing Data with Third Parties

We may share with third parties the Data collected in any of the following events:

1. If we are required by law to disclose your information, we may share your information with law enforcement or other competent authorities and any third party, as may be required (e.g., to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; to respond to claims or satisfy any legal process, subpoena, or governmental request; or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the Company’s users, its partners, or the general public);

2. In the event the Company goes through a business transition such as a merger or acquisition by another company, consolidation, change of control, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information will be among the assets transferred.

Google Firebase
The UrbanTracker App use Firebase Analytics to collect your apps' usage statistics. Stetel Things Srl uses this usage statistics to improve this App. For additional information about the Data collection by Firebase visit the Google Privacy Policy and the Firebase Help pages. As a user, you can opt-out of the collection of these Data by removing the App from the device.

If you are a minor, you shall use this App with obtaining prior consent of your parent or legal guardian (collectively, "Guardian"). We recommend that the Guardians of minors shall read this Policy carefully, and we also recommend minors to obtain Guardians’ prior consent before using this App. We are committed to the protection of children's privacy that we will not intentionally collect personal information of children under the age of 13.
